SIXTEEN CHEFS,
ONE CHAMPION OF THE STREETS

Discover the ultimate showdown of culinary creativity at the Street Food Championships, hosted by OOH and Dine Out Magazines. This dynamic one-day competition celebrates the most innovative and talented street food chefs across the UK’s out-of-home dining scene — from independent street food traders to fast-casual restaurant groups.

To enter the Street Food Championships, entrants will have to submit the recipe for their prize signature dish which they will have to prepare on the day of the challenge.

Then, the 16 finalists chosen to compete in the final showdown will be asked to prepare several rounds of dishes on the day. This includes:

• The Signature Round (the street food dish they entered with)

• The Technical Round (which will comprise of using sponsored products to create a flavoursome fare)

• The Ultimate Umami Challenge, sponsored by Lee Kum Kee

• The Wings Round, sponsored by Major (Givaudan)

Our panel of industry judges will score all 16 chef dishes on the day and the winners of the Street Food Championships will be announced at the evening reception to an audience of over 200 guests, including industry insiders, street food enthusiasts and press.

Suppliers will have an opportunity to sponsor and showcase their products throughout the competition and evening reception.
